Greeting guests.overseeing communications and security systems.
Calls are transferred as needed.
receiving communications and making sure the right staff member receives them on time.
Controlling the availability of meeting spaces.
Taking care of photocopying, faxing, printing, and transcribing
Keeping track of and recording office costs
Taking care of the trip plans
arranging both internal and external events
Keeping track of workplace supplies such furniture, equipment, and stationery
managing office service providers, such as housekeepers and maintenance teams
helping the HR department with the hiring, onboarding, and firing procedures
upholding the reception area's hygienic and safety requirements

₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
