Description
Initiate outbound cold calls within targeted segments.

  • The minimum calls to be made on daily basis should be 80.
  • Maintain 3 minutes of connected calls out of the targeted daily numbers.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of key executives and decisionmakers in Zoho Sales CRM
  • Handle objections and address concerns to create a positive impression.
  • Work closely with Account Based Marketing to transfer qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality and the report should be fetched from Zoho Sales CRM.
  • Using Zoho Sales CRM update call status on daily basis.
