Job posting and advertising:
You will be responsible for creating job postings and advertising vacancies on various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Recruitment metrics tracking and reporting:
You will need to track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and report on them to the management team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process.
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
