Key Responsibilities:
Training the sales team on Sales Process, Operational Processes, Reporting and Analyzing Skills - Conduct training for new and current sales associates and develop individualized training plans for underperforming salespersons.
- Schedule orientations and related training events for individuals and teams - Observe sales encounters and determine the training needs of individuals and/or sales teams.
- Develop sales performance policies and methods for evaluating performance in a fair fashion. - Improve training techniques when need to meet the unique demands of customers.Requirements:
- Should have trained the Inside Sales Team in Start-Ups or B2C Products Companies / BPOs.
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Strong People Management Skills.

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
