Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through online platforms.
- Create and submit persuasive proposals, bids, and quotes to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and develop accurate proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and results on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed to accommodate clients in different time zones.
- Knowledge of IT services and solutions is a plus.

Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
