• Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and develop accurate proposals.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and results on a regular basis.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed to accommodate clients in different time zones.
• Knowledge of IT services and solutions is a plus.
