Introduction

The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world.

By overseeing our financial activities, you will enable IBM to continue to bring to market ground-breaking innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies, to name a few.


Your Role and Responsibilities
As Lead - Procure to Pay (P2P), you are responsible for invoice processing, vendor master management, Query resolution, indexing and Invoice reconciliation


Responsibilities:


  • Timely closure of reporting periods and review of month, quarter and year end reporting.
  • Ensure all vendor invoices and reports are processed timely, accurately and in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Manage communication with warehouses and other parties to coordinate issue resolution with 3waymatch, over/under deliveries, damages, missing shipping notifications, intransit discrepancies, and credit note requests.
  • Should have very good knowledge in P2P activities, recent technological advancement in the domain.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Commerce graduate with minimum 610 years of experience in Accounts Payable, (Indian Accounting) TDS & GST Deductions
  • Experience in invoice and vendor management along with resolving queries, and Invoice reconciliation
  • Proven work knowledge to manage payment reporting and reconciliation activities
  • Willingness to perform duties in varying shifts.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Ability to work under tight timelines and have been part of change management initiatives
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Enhance technical skills by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications etc
