We are looking for a dedicated Operation Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success.


As an Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the operational aspects of our business.

You will work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth flow of greens and vegetable supplies to our hotel clients.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with the Packing team to receive goods produced overnight or early in the morning.
  • Ensure accurate and timely receipt of all Received items.
  • Conduct quality checks on received goods to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Record received quantities accurately.
  • Review sales orders received overnight or early in the morning.
  • Organize produced goods according to respective sales orders.
  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to prioritize orders based on urgency and customer requirements.
  • Ensure accurate picking and sorting of items to fulfill each sales order.
  • Liaise with the logistics team to plan dispatch schedules for the morning.
  • Prepare dispatch documentation including packing lists, shipping labels, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely loading of goods onto delivery vehicles.
  • Monitor dispatch process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Generate invoices for completed orders in accordance with sales orders and delivery confirmations.
  • Verify pricing and quantities before issuing invoices to customers.
  • Ensure invoices are sent promptly to the finance department for processing.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues with invoices as they arise.
  • Investigate and resolve any shortages or discrepancies between ordered quantities and available stock.
  • Communicate proactively with the sales and production teams to address shortage issues.
  • Document and report shortage incidents for further analysis and improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams to facilitate collaboration and problemsolving.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay:
Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
