Adyar,Chennai

(work from home after 2 months from joining)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
Assist patients with inquiries related to medical billing, insurance claims, and general healthcare information.
Verify insurance coverage and explain benefits to patients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Resolve any issues or concerns raised by patients regarding their healthcare bills or insurance claims.
Document all interactions accurately and maintain thorough and organized records.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

-
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.

Prior experience in international voice processes
(Min 1 year of experience in International voice):
Familiarity with US healthcare terminology
Strong active listening skills
Problemsolving skills to address issues effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
Basic computer proficiency and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
