Description

• Responsible for maintaining and growing the business from his/her network, and not depending on the existing W2 bench.
• Mandatory new hires and meeting the target.
• Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
• Generate, Interact, and Develop Tier1 Vendors or Implementation partner's networks daily.
• Need excellent time management skills and experience in prioritizing tasks.
• Could you look for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submit the consultants, following up on interview schedules?
• Must have good experience in cold calling, and price negotiation, and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
• Tracking and extensive followup with Vendors through maintaining submissions database, Interview Coordination.
• Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099, etc.
• Must have a good understanding of the US staffing business, Bench sales, and recruitment process.
• Must be selfmotivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
• Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
• The sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (like H1B, US Citizen) with vendors
• Should be willing to work on site from Day one

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

• Bachelor's (preferred)
