Required Experience, Skills, and Qualification

  • 2 to 4+ year handson experience of developing traditional and E-Learning training content
  • Familiarity with SCORM, LMSs, and experience in testing for compliance
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate in English where required
  • Familiarity with instructional design standards, processes, and methodology
  • Strong knowledge of content development and management software and tools such as Articulate, Adobe, Camtasia
  • Must possess computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Selfmotivated and enthusiastic, able to motivate a team
  • Work closely with other teams in a crossfunctional production environment
  • Confident, firm and decisive personality
  • Preferable Skill experience in Salesforce

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹100, ₹700,000.00 per year
