    Description

    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with extensive experience in NextJS & React and a good understanding of Knowledge of the full MERN stack is a bonus.

    This role is critical for enhancing the user interface of "Ground Zero", our in-house platform designed for political campaign management.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in frontend development within the tech industry, demonstrating strong technical capabilities in building responsive and dynamic web applications.

    You will be directly contributing to our product pipeline, passionately working towards continuous improvements and proactively suggesting innovative features.


    What We Want:


    Experience:
    Minimum of three years of frontend development experience.

    Expertise in React Development:
    Proven skills in developing responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.

    Backend Skills:
    Capability to work with for backend integrations.

    Product-Driven:


    A keen interest in continuously enhancing an in-house product, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements and new features.

    Qualifications:

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.

    Experience:
    At least 3 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on

    Proficiency in NextJs & and its core principles, familiarity with , and understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

    Communication Skills:
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of articulating ideas and collaborating effectively.

    Problem-Solving Skills:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and development.


    Key Responsibilities:

    UI Development:
    Develop new user-facing features using NextJs & and optimize existing user interfaces for scalability and speed.

    Integration:


    Implement backend APIs in to support frontend functionalities and ensure seamless data exchange between the server and the user interface.


    Performance Optimization:
    Enhance application performance by analyzing and refining both front-end structure and back-end integration.

    Product Innovation:
    Actively contribute to the product pipeline, suggesting and implementing innovative features that align with business goals.

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with the design team to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences.

    Continuous Learning:


    Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in frontend development to ensure our platform remains competitive and cutting-edge.
