We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Board Advisor to join our team and provide valuable guidance and expertise for our latest Health Tech Venture.

The Board Advisor will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction, driving growth, increasing investor confidence, and ensuring the venture's overall success.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and provide strategic insights and industry expertise to support decisionmaking processes.
Participate actively in board meetings, contributing valuable perspectives and offering guidance on key strategic initiatives.
Utilise independent judgement and challenge decisions and assumptions made by the rest of the group.
Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company's vision, mission, and longterm objectives.
Provide guidance on market trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities within the health tech industry.
Offer recommendations on product development, innovation, and technology adoption to enhance the venture's competitive position.
Utilise your extensive network and industry connections to facilitate partnerships, collaborations, and business development opportunities.
Provide mentorship and support to the executive team, leveraging your experience in successfully scaling health tech startups.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory changes affecting the health tech sector.

Qualifications:

Operated a Startup / Business prior
Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutions.
