Responsibilities:
Employer Branding:
Contribute to building and promoting the company's reputation as an attractive employer within the IT industry, showcasing its positive work culture and career development opportunities.
Market Research:
Stay updated with industry trends, talent availability, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights for hiring decisions.
Recruitment Metrics:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the effectiveness of the hiring process and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Onboarding Support:
Assist in the onboarding process of new IT hires to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and best practices in recruitment and hiring processes.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of atleast 6 months as an IT Recruiter or similar role in the technology industry.
- In-depth understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and programming languages.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹150, ₹225,000.00 per year
