PATH is seeking
_"Program Assistant" at ART Center Level - Treatment component _on third party payroll (Randstad).

Program Assistant will be working out of Imphal, Manipur and perform the following role:

Scope of Work

  • Followup of the PLHAs with due visit missed (before PLHAs tagged as MIS1) and documentation of responses.
  • Validation of the call made by counsellors to PLHAs and documentation of the responses.
  • CSC/Vihaan feedback validation
a) Tagging white cards who are reported by Vihaan as "incorrect/incomplete address" and track the PLHAs in his/her next visit to ART and get address updated on white card as well as MLL
b) Track "Agreed to visit PLHAs" PLHAs in ART centre and report PLHAs who are still not reached to ART counsellor.
c) Validation of other feedbacks e.g. Migrants, Transfer Out, Opted out, Taking ART from other ART center

  • Trace the transfer out HIV-TB coinfected PLHAs and get the TB treatment outcome.
  • Followup of New PLHAS who are not initiated onART within 7 days of registration.
  • Support ART Centre for identified gaps in MLL, viral load line lists, SOCH etc In coordination with M&E Officer & Supervisor, PATH India (only on casetocase basis as requested by SACS)
  • Support the Counsellor and Staff Nurse in HIV-TB & ARTC
  • CSC coordination activities and documentation at the ART center.
  • Support the ART centers to maintain data of patients under DSD models e.g. LACs at Prison, TI sites etc
  • Carry out any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor in consultation with M & E Officer, SACS & Supervisor PATH.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any faculty.
  • Computer knowledge and proficiency in English, Hindi (good knowledge in excel.)
  • Work experiences in HIV/AIDS program. (Fresher can apply.)
  • Should be a team player.
  • Open to travel with Imphal.
