Mainframe + Product skill (Performance Plus) + Cobol/ JCL/ DB2 + Microfocus if available


  • At least 6-10 years of Experience in Development and Maintenance of Performance Plus.
  • Hands on experience on mainframe technologies - COBOL, DB2, JCL and VSAM.
  • Experience in both waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Experience in end-to-end project processes for Performance Plus including design, coding, testing, Production support, Release management
  • Good Experience in Insurance Domain (Annuity/Life Insurance). Hands on Experience on Insurance Admin system LifeComm.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have skills

  • Domain certifications (LOMA)
  • Agile certifications.
  • Knowledge of Microfocus.
