    AboutClient:

    A leading IT Service basedcompany

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. Manage thepreparation and filing of all direct tax returns includingcorporate income tax withholding tax and any other relevant taxfilings.
    2. Ensure compliance with all applicabletax laws and regulations including monitoring changes in taxlegislation and assessing their impact on the company.
    3. Analyse financial data to identify tax planningopportunities and develop strategies to minimize tax liabilitieswhile maximizing benefits.
    4. Collaborate withinternal stakeholders including finance legal and operations teamsto provide tax advice and support on business transactionsrestructuring and other initiatives.
    5. Prepareand review tax provisions including deferred tax calculations andtax account reconciliations in accordance with accounting standards(e.g. ASC 740).
    6. Manage relationships withexternal tax advisors and auditors ensuring timely completion oftax audits and responding to inquiries from taxauthorities.
    7. Conduct research on complex taxissues and provide recommendations to management on taxefficientstructures and transactions.
    8. Stay current onindustry trends and best practices in direct taxation andproactively identify opportunities for process improvements andefficiencies.
    9. Assist in the implementation oftax technology solutions to streamline tax processes and enhancereporting capabilities. Provide training and support tofinance and accounting teams on taxrelated matters including newtax regulations and reporting requirements
