Knowledge with AWS cloud on services like, EC2, ECS, Cloudwatch, SQS, S3, CloudFront, route53 with an ability to quickly learn new services and deploy them with speed.
Dealing and handling, various system and server related issues physically and remotely.
Performing Ticket based operations for our international clients.
Knowledge of connectwise and autotask is preffered.
Designing, configuring and testing networking software, computer hardware and operating system software.
Communicating with the client and providing them the required information as a technical expert.

Training or certification in CCNA, CCNP or MCSA (any one) will be a Big Plus.*

Knowledge with databases such as MS SQL and MySQL. Great knowledge with source control systems (SVN, GIT, etc), Deployment and build automation tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Ansible, etc.
Conduct Data Backups Analyze and monitor server security and implement patches and fixes to address potential security holes.
Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.

Salary:
₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
