Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver online SAP training courses and workshops to students who are pursuing a career in SAP.
  • Assess and evaluate the training needs of students and develop effective training plans and schedules.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including course outlines, presentations, manuals, and other resources.
  • Deliver training using virtual classroom platforms and other online tools.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Maintain and update training materials to reflect changes to SAP software, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide feedback and support to students to ensure their understanding and competency with SAP software.
  • Manage the learning environment, including resources, facilities, and equipment.
  • Administer and track training attendance, evaluations, and certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SAP Trainer or in a similar role.
  • Experience with SAP training software and platforms, such as SAP Learning Hub, SuccessFactors, and SAP Litmos.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a diverse audience.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in teaching or training students is a plus.
  • Comfortable working remotely and familiar with online collaboration tools and virtual classroom platforms.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 6-7 per week


Salary:
₹8, ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
