Telecaller - Real Estate (2 Years Experience)

Location:
Sector 74A, Gurugram


Job Type:
Full-time


Salary Range:
INR 14,000 to 24,000 per month


Language Skills:
Proficient in Hindi and English


Education:

Graduation (mandatory)


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the real estate sector.
  • Explain and promote real estate projects, features, and benefits to prospective customers.
  • Engage with clients effectively to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Schedule appointments for site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and closure of deals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and goals.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the real estate industry.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Telecaller in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Graduation degree is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and market trends.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
