We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dermatologist to join our clinic on a partnership basis. As a Dermatologist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dermatological care and services to our patients.

Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our clinic, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat various dermatological conditions, including but not limited to skin infections, allergies, eczema, psoriasis, acne, etc
• Conduct thorough patient consultations, including medical history review, physical examinations, and assessment of symptoms, to accurately diagnose skin conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, considering their medical history, skin type, and specific needs.
• Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, laser treatments, chemical peels, and dermal fillers.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on skincare routines, sun protection, and the prevention of skin diseases.
• Educate patients on the proper use of prescribed medications, creams, and ointments, ensuring their understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians and specialists, to coordinate patient care and provide comprehensive treatment solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements and research in the field of dermatology, attending conferences and continuing education programs as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients, documenting diagnoses, treatments, and followup plans.
• Contribute to the growth and reputation of the clinic by providing exceptional patient care and promoting our services within the community.
• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and specialization in Dermatology.
• Board certification or eligibility for board certification in Dermatology.
• Valid medical license to practice as a Dermatologist.
• Proven experience as a Dermatologist, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Proficient in conducting dermatological procedures and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current dermatological practices and treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively in a teambased environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
• Detailoriented and wellorganized, with the ability to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Willingness to contribute to the clinic's growth and success by participating in business development activities.
