Job Description:

AM Production CNC and Product Quality Engineer

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain CNC machines for the production of various parts

Ensure that all production runs smoothly and efficiently

Monitor product quality and identify areas for improvement

Develop and implement quality control procedures

Collaborate with other members of the production team to optimize production processes

Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Train and supervise production staff as needed

Troubleshoot issues with production equipment and processes

Ensure that all products meet customer specifications and quality standards

Requirements:

Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

At least 5-11 years of experience in CNC machine operations and product quality control

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
