- Required skill set-:
- Making the Services/Applications live on Production in conjunction with Infra/Application team
- Monitoring Transactions & Services of different channels of customers/bank
- Day to day activities i.e., Importing logs, processing logs.
- Tallying and generating reports
- Client coordination and follow up.
- Functional and UAT testing
- Documentation i.e., RCAs, SOPs, User Manuals, Flow Charts etc
- Application Support Activity for Clients and Internal Stake Holders
- Network/Server/Database Configurations and Installation Activities
