- Own the VOC (Voice of the Customer) and represent it faithfully internally, be obsessed with our customers - who they are, what their needs and pain points are, why they trust certain products and not others, etc.
- Capture and articulate product feedback from multiple sources, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and improve user experience
- Drive competitive analysis, customer research to determine the right set of features to drive product engagement and business goals
- Identify global competitors and research their products, sales, and marketing strategies, perform a SWOT analysis to learn competitors' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats - determine gaps and identify opportunities where MKU can out-perform the competition
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to continuously enhance user satisfaction
- Work Closely with Product Engineering & Innovation teams to ensure technical & operational capabilities are correctly captured into new product design within target timelines
- Uphold MKU brand and work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to determine price, features and drive competitive advantages
- Effectively position products with customers, communicate the vision, value, and features of products to the commercial team and facilitate Sales in the selling process
- GTM activities - Ownership of all GTM activities using various channels available - sales teams, channel partners and other partnerships
- Analyze sales conversions and marketing campaigns metrics, review winning trends, and recommend methods to improve conversions
- Define and monitor key performance metrics along with Product Engineering, Innovation and Sales teams to ensure performance, and operational efficiencies
- Interact with Customers along with Channel Partners to understand requirements in detail pre-sale, and complaint & feedback, if any post-sale
- Partner with marketing teams to create and execute product-centric marketing plans and campaigns
