Customer Success Manager/ HR Manager
Department:
Tech Support/HR
Responsibilities:

Technical Support Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Technical Support team for efficient packaging and dispatch of hardware equipment.
- Track and manage inventory levels of technical supplies and equipment.
Logistics and Inventory Management:
- Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Order and maintain sufficient stock levels for office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of supplies.
Office Administration Support:
- Coordinate with the office boy to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office environment.
- Manage courier services for pickup and delivery of documents and packages (if required).
HR Administration Support:
- Assist the HR department with administrative tasks like invoice filing and data entry.
- Maintain accurate employee attendance records.
- Participate in coordinating employee engagement activities.
- Assist with vendor management for HRrelated needs.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Pay:
₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
