Reports To:
Customer Success Manager/ HR Manager


Department:
Tech Support/HR


Responsibilities:

-
Technical Support Coordination:


  • Collaborate with the Technical Support team for efficient packaging and dispatch of hardware equipment.
  • Track and manage inventory levels of technical supplies and equipment.

Logistics and Inventory Management:


  • Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Order and maintain sufficient stock levels for office supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of supplies.

Office Administration Support:


  • Coordinate with the office boy to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office environment.
  • Manage courier services for pickup and delivery of documents and packages (if required).

HR Administration Support:


  • Assist the HR department with administrative tasks like invoice filing and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate employee attendance records.
  • Participate in coordinating employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with vendor management for HRrelated needs.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Pay:
₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
