• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT products.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations to meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored sales strategies and plans to achieve individual and team targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and followup actions using our CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns aimed at driving sales growth.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training sessions, workshops, and selfstudy.

• Any bachelor's degree is Preferable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.
• Highly motivated selfstarter with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of IT products, services, and technologies is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
