Position:
Sales Coordinator

Male or Female

Age: 25 to 45 Years


Must have experience/Responsibilities on following:

  • Keeping a track of leads, opportunities and updating details in CRM
  • Preparation of Technical submittal, compliances for tender submission
  • Quotation preparation
  • Cost estimation
  • Customer payment follow ups
  • Followup and manage flow of orders to clients in coordination with local logistics partners
  • Report preparation
- processing new sales leads

  • Managing correspondence between sales team and clients as required
  • Monitoring customer accounts
  • Providing required data and reports to assist the sales team

Knowledge Skills Attitude:

  • 28 years of work experience
  • Having Knowledge of CRM/ Quick learner in CRM
  • Thorough in MS Excel, power point Auto cad
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill
  • Prefer but not essential Engineering graduate / Diploma in Civil
  • Knowledge of entire sales process/activities
  • Having knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of posting product profiles in social media
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and in team
  • Good organizational skills
Preferred Industry - EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) Companies
