Job Overview:

The US Tax Support is a key role responsible for providing assistance and support in various aspects of US taxation.

This position involves working during night hours to cater to the needs of clients and ensure timely resolution of tax-related queries.

The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Query Resolution:
Investigate and resolve client issues, concerns, and questions related to tax filings, refunds, and general tax information.

Tax Documentation:
Assist clients in understanding and completing tax-related documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Problem Solving:
Analyze complex tax-related problems and provide clear and effective solutions, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary.

Night Shift Coverage:
Work during night hours to accommodate clients in different time zones, providing 24/7 support as required.

Knowledge Transfer:
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide accurate and current information to clients.

Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including tax consultants and technical support, to resolve client issues efficiently.

Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions, ensuring accurate and organized documentation.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all client interactions meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Graduate or Undergraduate.

Knowledge of US tax laws, forms, and filing processes.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours.

Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Familiarity with tax software and online filing platforms.

Previous experience in customer support or tax-related roles is advantageous.

Additional Requirements:
