A retail concept selling the widest and freshest range of chicken products.
The NBC menu has a ginormous variety of the innovative and regular chicken fare.
The entire product line is sold fresh, never frozen, 100% natural, free of preservatives, artificial colours and is Halal & FSSC 22000 certified.
Food preparation with adherence to the recipes and SOPs.
Organizing, maintaining & cleaning equipment & stations
Check quality of ingredients
Launch new items & improvise on the existing items.
Team training and management.
Quality control, costing, wastage control & portion control.
Orders Management efficiently, so that each order is ready within stipulated time. This is critical to the role.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to management
Maintaining a high level of sanitation and safety

Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 5years of various culinary experience (Any continental or Indian ):

Diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage.
Be able to stand and work on your feet for long extended periods of time
Knowledge of the types and uses of utensils and equipment used in large quantity food preparation and cooking such as ovens, knives, stoves, steamers, fryolators
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
Ability to work varied shifts and/or irregular hours.

Salary:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
