Skills Required:
- Very Good Spoken and Written English Skills
- Knowledge of Using Excel and Word
- Multilingual is added advantage
Responsibilities:
Outbound/Inbound Sales and Telesales + Back End Processing
- Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally, provide demos and explain products and services to customers
- Identify customer's needs and wants and convince them to buy the product/service
- Process customer purchases and accurately record details of customer's purchase orders
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Bengaluru , Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
