Overview:


As a Sales Executive at Tridhya Tech (Property Watcher), you'll play a crucial role in aligning business needs with IT capabilities.

Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders, you'll analyse requirements, propose solutions, and facilitate the successful implementation of IT projects.


Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:


  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels.
  • Demonstrate the value of Property Watcher and acquire new clients.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Provide ongoing support to clients and address inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Account Management:


  • Assist in managing client accounts and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and retention of the client base.

Sales Training and Development:


  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills.
  • Collaborate with the Product Growth Manager for continuous improvement.

Market Research:


  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales or customerfacing roles is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Familiarity with property management software or related tech products is a plus.

  • Proven experience in sales or clientfacing roles.
