Overview:
As a Sales Executive at Tridhya Tech (Property Watcher), you'll play a crucial role in aligning business needs with IT capabilities.
Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels.
- Demonstrate the value of Property Watcher and acquire new clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide ongoing support to clients and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Account Management:
- Assist in managing client accounts and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Contribute to the overall growth and retention of the client base.
Sales Training and Development:
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills.
- Collaborate with the Product Growth Manager for continuous improvement.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or customerfacing roles is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with property management software or related tech products is a plus.
