06 Month Eperience in any telecollection/Loan collection eperience will be preferred

Recovery of Debts with the given Protocol.
Day shift (10am to 7:00pm)
Fied timings.
Fied salary + High incentives.
Other monetary incentives to the employees (confidential)

Applicant Eligibility:

DRA and Non-DRA Both can apply.
DRA Certification or eperience in Telecollection will be a added advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:

Knowledge of regional languages is must.
Should have very good convincing and recovery skills.
Should have good English communication skills.
Graduate/P.G./MBA will be preferred.
Should be very confident and presentable.
Fresher also welcome
Energy levels should be high

Qualification and Eperience:

Graduate/Post Graduates/MBA with relevant eperience.

Compensation & Benefits:

Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 25,000(CTC) per Month + Incentives; will be decided based on qualification, eperience and interview. ESIC, PF & Gratuity, as per applicable law. Group Insurance, Cover.
