    Chat &Voice Bot Architect

    Job Overview :

    Roles & Responsibilities :


    • Lead the design and implementation of bots & automation.
    • Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using the platform.
    • Develop conversational AI solutions that provide an engaging user experience.
    • Analyze and design the technology solutions to ensure business needs are met.
    • Ability to prioritize, escalate, and lead efforts on complex client requests.
    • Working with the clients to get the functional requirements and convert them to technical specifications.
    • Collaborate with developers, leadership, and other architects to bring out strategies.
    • Decisionmaking in the evaluation of existing, or design of new solutions.
    • Endtoend delivery as per the agile model and ability to manage in a very fastpaced environment with multiple highlevel priorities.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in conversational AI.
    What are we looking for?

    • Looking for a candidate with experience of 10+ years.
    • Handson experience in developing chatbots and voice bots preferably using the platform.
    • Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
    • Experience with database integration, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
    • Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.
    • Knowledge of the Digital People platform (preferred)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
