Role Overview:
As a Construction Sales Executive at BuildStorey, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with construction industry professionals.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products and solutions from our platform.
Your goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
- Proactively identify and target potential clients within the construction industry, including builders, contractors, architects, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients to foster longterm partnerships.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor product recommendations and solutions.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling construction supplies available on the BuildStorey platform.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches that highlight the value and benefits of our products.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products.
Market Research and Insights:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand industry trends, demands, and customer preferences.
- Gather feedback from clients regarding product offerings, pricing, and user experience, and relay this information to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities and new product launches.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, including client interactions, leads, and conversions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
- Selfmotivated, targetdriven, and resultsoriented.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of construction supplies and materials is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Salary:
₹9, ₹25,000.00 per month
