The Opportunity:

Manage the multiple Instances of MDM SaaS Platform to support the business groups
Define Tenant management strategy to define new tenants for additional geographies or business functions
Provide recommendations and implement best practices for tenant administration
Work closely with the Solution architects to define the solution components relating to user management, security and performance

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

_ ACCOUNTABILITIES _

Lead the end to end design and architecture of informatica MDM solutions, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and SMEs
Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to system capabilities to recommend optimal solution design
Create and present solution architecture blueprints, design documents and technical presentations to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
Provide technical leadership during the implementation, guiding the development teams to ensure that the solution is built to architectural standards
Evaluate new Informatica mdm capabilities and features and recommend their adoption to enhance the solution
Collaborate with cross functional and multi national teams to enable seamless data exchange and system capabilities

_ DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS _

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise

Extensive handson experience with configuring Informatica SaaS offering
Strong understanding of Data modelling concepts for the SaaS platform. Ability to design efficient and scalable data models for master data entties
Indepth knowledge of integration technologies such as REST and messaging protocols. Ability to design and implement seamless integration between Informatica MDM solution and other systems both in realtime and batch
Good knowledge of ActiveVOS for designing workflow components

Leadership

Effectively communicate with varying levels of management i.e. GDT/DDT Executives, GDT/DDT Project Managers, Supplier Representatives, etc.
Strong Technical leadership skills to guide technical teams, provide architectural guidenace and drive successful MDM Implementations.
Able to influence and drive accountability across organizational and domain boundaries
Coordinate, manage and complete primary tasks and special projects with mínimal oversight

Ability to make complex decision and support the enterprise strategy
Coordinate, manage and complete tasks and special projects with mínimal oversight

_ EDUCATION,

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
_

Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent in a related or directly relevant field
8+ Years of experience in implementing MDM solutions
Skill Certification on Informatica MDM SaaS offering
Proven experience as a Solution architect in the Healthcare Professional domain, prefarably for HCP domain implementat
