Role:
Conduct outbound calls to promote products and services, generate leads, and achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide product/service information to potential customers.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Set appointments and build customer relationships.
- Track sales activities and maintain records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets.
Qualifications:
- Sales or customerfacing experience in the relevant sector.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goaloriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
Skills:
- Persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in sales tracking tools
- Independent and collaborative work style.
Requirements:
Flexibility for day shifts.
Prior experience in lead generation and relationship management is a plus.
