Solution Design

  • Collaborate, with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Create end to end solutions that make use of the capabilities offered by Salesforce.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide guidance and leadership to development teams.
  • Ensure that the Salesforce platform is utilized efficiently to achieve business objectives.

Customization and Configuration.

  • Perform hands on configuration and customization of Salesforce tailoring it to requirements.
  • Develop customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and other technologies provided by Salesforce.

Integration;

  • Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
  • Guarantee data. Security during integration processes.

Best Practices;

  • Stay up to date with the features and best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Advocate for enforce adherence to best practices in Salesforce development.

Documentation;

  • Create documentation of the implemented Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, design documents and configuration details.

Collaboration;
Work closely with functional teams such as business analysts, developers, administrators to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.


Qualification;

  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

Experience;

  • Possess proven experience as a Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce implementation.

Requirements & Certification;

  • Holding certifications such as Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect, from Salesforce would be highly desirable.
  • Having an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce platform is crucial. It's also important to have a grasp of the Salesforce data model, security model and its declarative capabilities.
  • Being proficient, in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and other Salesforce technologies is highly advantageous.
  • Additionally, hands on experience with integrating Salesforce using REST, SOAP and other APIs is valuable.
  • Communication and presentation skills are necessary, for conveying information. Lastly being able to work both collaboratively in a paced environment is essential.
