Description
1. Improve sales in the retail store


  • Maintain knowledge about product and prices.
  • Promote packages, schemes and offers.
  • Conduct customer visits, pitch products and obtain customer orders.
  • Ensure timely capture and prompt delivery of sales orders
  • Identify potential customers, new products, market shifts and competition status
  • Build strong customer relationship and understand customer requirements
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction in coordination with customer relation executive and Logistics department
  • Learn new products, price revisions, schemes and offers
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and SOP.
  • Maintain high level of professional etiquette and upkeep goodwill of APC aluminum PVT. Ltd
  • Support billing staff if assistance required

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Trichur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
