We are currently seeking a skilled and friendly Front Office Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and Welcoming Clients:


  • Welcome clients and visitors to the clinic with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Provide information about our services, procedures, and appointment availability.
  • Ensure that clients are attended to promptly and their needs are addressed in a timely manner.

Appointment Scheduling:


  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for clients and staff members.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize wait times.

Client Communication:


  • Provide information about clinic services, pricing, and policies to clients.
  • Address client concerns or complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Administrative Support:


  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of office supplies as needed.

Patient Confidentiality and Privacy:


  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Ensure the privacy and security of client records and sensitive information at all times.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is an advantage but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Salary:
₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
