    *We are seeking enthusiastic andmotivated individuals to join our team as Fresher Sales Executivesfor our esteemed skincare company. As a Sales Executive you willplay a vital role in promoting and selling our range of skincareproducts to potentialcustomers.*Responsibilities:*1.Actively seek out and engage with prospective customers tointroduce them to our skincare products.2.Build and maintain positive relationships with existing andpotential customers to ensure customer satisfaction andloyalty.3. Conduct product demonstrationsand provide detailed information about our skincare range tocustomers.4. Identify customer needs andrecommend suitable products based on their skin type concerns andpreferences.5. Achieve sales targets andobjectives set by the company within specifiedtimelines.6. Stay updated on industry trendscompetitor products and market developments to effectively positionour products in the market.7. Collaboratewith the marketing team to execute promotional activities eventsand campaigns to drive sales.8. Prepare andsubmit sales reports including feedback from customers marketinsights and sales performanceanalysis.*Requirements:*1.Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or relatedfield preferred.2. Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.3. Strongnegotiation and persuasion abilities.4.Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.5. Positive attitude and willingness tolearn.6.
