About the Company Jewelcasa is a B2B ecommerce platform for jewellery retailers in India. The platform offers a wide array of jewellery products aggregated from the premium manufacturers across India.

POSITION DETAILS Position Operations Executive

Reporting To Directors

Work Location Lower Parel

Years of Experience 1-3 years

Qualification Bachelor's in Commerce

Work Timings Day Shift -Sunday Off.

Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in operations management, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods industry / marketplace / B2B segment.
Good communication and inter-personal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Exposure to image editing platforms (photoshop, adobe illustration etc.) will be an added advantage.
Experience in creative content writingAbility to work in a team or individually as and when required.

Exceptional attention to detail, A critical thinker, must know to target audience on social network ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily operations of the company including product cataloguing, order fulfilment, logistics, inventory management (if any), and quality control.

Work with suppliers and buyers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues.
Participate with management in identifying and executing efficiency and productivity initiatives.

Work closely with other departments, such as accounting, sales and marketing, to ensure that the company's operations support its overall business goals.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the industry.

Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
