Description

Role of Safety Officer :
To ensure safety of man, material & premises at site.

Required Diploma / BE / B.Tech
Must be HSE certified
Executing complete Environment, Health and Safety operations entailing planning, optimum use of available resources, maintenance and implementation of standard operating procedures.
To ensure safety work at site.
Labour & Site Engineer should be use safety norms.
Conduct Inhouse Safety Orientation, Safety Training, and periodic safety drill
Conducting Toolbox Talks, providing feedback on the hazards findings and take corrective actions
Regular site visit and inspection of electrical safety, fire extinguishers, first aid boxes, hand tools, power tools, machinery, safety hygiene conditions, hazard identification and preventive measures, to insure a hazard free environment
Must be always on Site to ensure safe work environment
Safe maintain of all Safety equipment
Preparation of all required documents (related safety management).
Maintaining tracking reports for all Safety Equipment and Third-Party Inspection Certificate and take the proper action for renewal
Coordinate with the client all required Safety Orientation Course
Initiate request for all Safety Materials and PPE.
Prepare Weekly Safety Reports
Investigate, prepare, submit & maintain records of first aid cases & checklist, accident cases, near miss reports, incident reports, observation reports, site inspection, manpower& health safety environment (HSE) reports
Conducting mock drills at the sites
Inspection of scaffolds and ensure safety before commencing the workPreventive maintenance of all equipment
