1. Responsible for Front Desk / Handling the EPBAX Attending all incoming and outgoing calls.- Keep record of Extension list, Telephone nos. of vendors, consultants, stationary, couriers,
- Keeping record of all the inward & outward of documents.
- Arranging meetings of Director
- Proper handling and distribution of all the documents / bills / cheques / drawings / insurance papers/ resumes, Activation of I-cards kept at the reception.
- Arrange for lunch / snacks for the Visitors.
- Monitoring & controlling at reception
- Assist Admin executive for his general work
