The team is responsible for key domains such as employment management, compensation, benefits, recruiting, performance management, training, and development, and much more.

What you will do

  • Work closely with local HR and line managers from the business to fully understand local staffing needs and strategies
  • Maintain and present your weekly recruiting status
  • Provide consultation to business leaders on talent acquisition strategies and local market dynamics
  • Participate in hiring events, career fairs or internal events
  • Support in other HR projects, as assigned
What we are looking for

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (human resources, business administration or similar)
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Experience with HRIS
  • Ability to work with a high degree of selfdirection and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks and using good judgment to resolve problems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral), and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders
  • Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of deadlines
  • Ability to work with confidential materials and maintain complete discretion with personnel files and data at all times
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively within a small and dynamic team
  • Ability to work also in the evening, when required
  • Proficient in the usage of MS Office tools
  • Business fluent in English, written and spoken
Nice to have

  • Recruiting industry experience in IT Consulting or Software
  • SAP SuccessFactors work experience
