Responsibilities:

Assist in market research activities to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Help maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and uptodate records.
Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics, generating reports and insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and sales to contribute fresh ideas and insights.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers to support departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Diploma and B.E/B.Tech education.

Strong passion for marketing and sales with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
