1.System Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems to ensure their smooth operation.
User Support:
Provide technical support to end-users, responding to IT-related queries and resolving issues promptly.
Network Management:
Assist in monitoring network performance, configuring routers and switches, and ensuring network security.
Data Backup and Recovery:
Collaborate in managing data backup processes and contribute to disaster recovery planning.
Security Management:
Assist in implementing security protocols, including user access controls, antivirus, and firewall management.
Hardware Procurement:
Contribute to the procurement process by assisting in evaluating and selecting hardware components.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
Technology Updates:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance the organization's IT capabilities.
Assist IT Manager:
Collaborate with the IT Manager on various IT projects, tasks, and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ are a plus.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior internship or entrylevel experience in IT support or administration is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud services.
- Basic understanding of IT security principles.
Salary:
₹200, ₹350,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
