Role:
Associates -

Rural Marketing Reporting directly to the Head of Rural Marketing, the Associate-RM is expected to provide administrative support to manage the information collected from the project through its ground partners.

The Associate-RM must be self starter and should enjoy working in an environment that is mission-driven, result-driven and community oriented

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Administrative support

Coordination/Follow up with assigned NGO/CBO partners for reports & sales follow upCoordination with Finance Team for timely salary disbursement for Ground CoordinatorsVisiting project areas as and when required to provide hand holding support to GC/SaheliesCoordination with other departments like Logistics, Finance, and Community Outreach and Technical etc.

Knowledge Support

Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systemsCollect relevant data for Women Prosper SalesCollect Field Coordinator ReportsProviding market intelligenceHelping Rural Marketing Head for Data Interpretation, Reports Analysis etc

Executive Support

Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Head of Marketing and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.

Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach.

DESIRED SKILLS

Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers;Able to speak, read and write in Hindi and English;Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary work ethics;Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices;Must be Team Player and willing to take bigger responsibilities in next three yearsWilling to explore/travel rural India is must

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Graduate, with a minimum 23 years of work experience in FMCG, Financial Institutions, Development Agencies, or For Profit Enterprise;
Experience and interest in internal and external communications;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Social Media web platforms

LOCATION This position is based out of Harmada, Dist. Ajmer - Rajasthan

Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
