Responsibilities:

Alumni Engagement:

Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni and foster a sense of community and pride.
Plan and execute alumni events, reunions, and networking opportunities both on and offcampus.
Maintain regular communication with alumni through newsletters, social media, and other channels.
Collaborate with various departments to leverage alumni expertise and resources for the benefit of current students and the institution.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate records of alumni contact information and engagement activities using the alumni database.
Regularly update alumni profiles and ensure data integrity.
Generate reports and analyze data to assess alumni engagement and identify trends.

Volunteer Coordination:

Recruit and train alumni volunteers to support various initiatives such as mentoring programs, career panels, and admissions events.
Coordinate volunteer efforts and provide ongoing support and recognition to alumni volunteers.

Events Management:

Coordinate logistics, manage invitations, and provide onsite support during events.

Communications:

Promote alumni achievements and success stories to enhance the reputation of the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of people.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with alumni databases or CRM systems is preferred.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
