CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• MS Fabric Solutions admin will take the ownership of the strategic solutioning of admin functionalities including installations & configurations, updates, patches, change management, Performance tuning, standards/best practices, users and security management to meet the expectation of clients.
• This role requires a broad range of skills such as Configure Networks, Monitor Resources and Log Analytics, VM-related administrative activities, Implement and Manage Storage, Implement Security and Protecting Identities and understand/propose pricing structure.
• Ability to step into different roles depending on the size and scope of the project.
• Understanding data governance principles, monitoring and optimization as vital responsibilities.
• Monitoring platform performance and usage, optimizing resource allocation, and troubleshooting issues.
• Skillful in Configuring Tenant settings to give control over the MS Fabric features.
• Configured Capacity settings to assign users as Capacity Admins per capacity during initial setup of the capacity and later via User Permissions within the Premium settings.
• Configures and maintains Premium capacity planning, updating, troubleshooting, access management and performance management.
• Preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs) and validate based on environment analysis.
• Provide thought leadership on how clients can achieve their data strategies and objectives.
• Ability to analyse complex situations and to derive workable actions and ability to constructively challenge requirements and current state to increase overall value to the firm.
• Lead cross-functional, cross-organisation initiatives that drive innovative solutions on MS Fabric governance.
• Contribute to MS Fabric technical community engagement internally and contribute towards grooming.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to understand and articulate requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills, including prioritising, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building.
• Experiences in working with multiple teams through all phases (Design, Development, Testing and Deployment) of a project life cycle.
• Build and optimize the processes ensuring data quality, reliability, and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, identifying and resolving performance issues, data quality problems, and other technical challenges.
• Implement best practices for data governance, data security, and data privacy within the MS Fabric environment.
• DP-600 Certified.
• Azure Administrator certified (Microsoft Azure Administrator certification exam [AZ-104])
