We are currently seeking candidates for a crucial role in our Founder's Office at Inspiria Knowledge Campus. This position will support our Co-Founder / Managing Trustee in focusing on the institute's vision while ensuring efficient execution of day-to-day activities and mission-oriented initiatives. As a key member of the Founder's Office, you will collaborate closely with the Co-Founder / Managing Trustee to prioritize and drive various internal and external initiatives, such as performance optimization, process orientation, marketing campaigns, hiring and metric tracking.The primary responsibilities of this role include:

1. Collaboration with the Managing Trustee: Working directly with our Managing Trustee, you will contribute to building and growing Inspiria Knowledge Campus. The incumbent will be involved in every meeting and his/her primary responsibility will be for execution & follow up of projects and initiatives discussed
   
2. Project Coordination and Follow-up: Coordinating with departments across the institute to establish and monitor progress on multiple projects, utilizing frameworks like Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Ensuring projects are effectively operationalized, have clear ownership, and following up on project milestones and deliverables.
   
3. Reporting and Metrics: Generating monthly reports that encompass key performance metrics and insights.
   
4. Stakeholder Relations: Engaging with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, parents, government officials, industry representatives, and the local community. This involves maintaining relationships, seeking input, addressing concerns, and fostering collaboration to advance the institute's mission.
   
5. Strategic Initiatives: Identifying and taking charge of important projects that align with Inspira's key priorities at different stages.
   
6. Academic Ecosystem Knowledge: Staying updated on trends and developments in the academic sector, keeping the team informed.
   
7. Flexible Role: The Founder's Office role is dynamic and multifaceted. As part of the team, you will be expected to take a proactive and adaptable approach to support the Managing Trustee in various key areas of the business.
   
8. Institutional Values and Culture: Promoting and fostering the institution's core values, ethics, and culture. Cultivating a positive and inclusive environment, ensuring adherence to academic integrity, and fostering a strong sense of community within the campus.
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience.
  
• Process oriented & tech savvy.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends and preferences of Gen Z students.
  
• Possess both agility to adapt to a changing startup environment and organizational skills to maintain attention to detail and prevent tasks from falling through the cracks.
  
• Understanding of project timelines and business impact.
  
• Strong work experience in startups or as an entrepreneur is preferred.
  
• Willingness to quickly acquire new skills if required to perform the job effectively.
