We are currentlyseeking candidates for a crucial role in our Founders Office atInspiria Knowledge Campus. This position will support our CoFounder/ Managing Trustee in focusing on the institutes vision whileensuring efficient execution of daytoday activities andmissionoriented initiatives. As a key member of the Founders Officeyou will collaborate closely with the CoFounder / Managing Trusteeto prioritize and drive various internal and external initiativessuch as performance optimization process orientation marketingcampaigns hiring and metric tracking.The primary responsibilitiesof this roleinclude:

1. Collaborationwith the Managing Trustee: Workingdirectly with our Managing Trustee you will contribute to buildingand growing Inspiria Knowledge Campus. The incumbent will beinvolved in every meeting and his/her primary responsibility willbe for execution & follow up of projects and initiativesdiscussed
   
2. ProjectCoordination and Followup:Coordinating with departmentsacross the institute to establish and monitor progress on multipleprojects utilizing frameworks like Objectives and Key Results(OKRs). Ensuring projects are effectively operationalized haveclear ownership and following up on project milestones anddeliverables.
   
3. Reportingand Metrics: Generating monthly reportsthat encompass key performance metrics andinsights.
   
4. StakeholderRelations: Engaging with diversestakeholders including faculty staff students alumni parentsgovernment officials industry representatives and the localcommunity. This involves maintaining relationships seeking inputaddressing concerns and fostering collaboration to advance theinstitutesmission.
   
5. StrategicInitiatives: Identifying and taking chargeof important projects that align with Inspiras key priorities atdifferentstages.
   
6. AcademicEcosystem Knowledge: Staying updated ontrends and developments in the academic sector keeping the teaminformed.
   
7. FlexibleRole: The Founders Office role is dynamicand multifaceted. As part of the team you will be expected to takea proactive and adaptable approach to support the Managing Trusteein various key areas of thebusiness.

Requirements

• 3years of professional experience.
  
• Processoriented & tech savvy.Ability to thrive in a fastpaced workenvironment.
  
• Stayupdated with the latest trends and preferences of Gen Zstudents.
  
• Possessboth agility to adapt to a changing startup environment andorganizational skills to maintain attention to detail and preventtasks from falling through thecracks.
  
• Understandingof project timelines and business impact.
  
• Strongwork experience in startups or as an entrepreneur ispreferred.
  
• Willingnessto quickly acquire new skills if required to perform the jobeffectively.
